“I have bought 7 homes and sold 6. We all expect our sales to go through pretty smoothly. When they don’t, you find out how really important a good realtor is. If anything happens, you want Gloria on your side. Our sale of a condo in Boston had an issue with the deed to a parking space in the building. This should have been found via a title search when we purchased the unit, but it went undiscovered. Gloria was 100% the go-to person. We had our lawyer, but it was Gloria that did the research and got everything settled. She took a situation not-of-her-making and “owned it” until the deal was settled. We will use her exclusively going forward.”
