For nearly 13 years Kenda has been absolutely loving her job working full time in the market with both buyers and sellers. Her upbeat attitude, straightforward guidance and confidence in her craft all help her deliver impressive results. Kenda approaches every transaction with an unwavering commitment to her client’s individual goals, and her clear grasp of current market trends provide invaluable and timely insights. Genuine care and an ‘all-in’ partnership approach is her Hallmark.

Prior to launching the Coleman Group with Charla in 2013, Kenda was both an agent and the Marketing Director at The Higgins Group (now Gibson Sothebys). In another lifetime, Kenda was a financial analyst at Wells Fargo. She earned her undergraduate degree at Babson College, with a dual concentration in economics and entrepreneurship.

When not busy with work, Kenda always has something going on, throwing herself into a variety of creative projects and hobbies from haberdashery to improv. Most recently she finished designing and overseeing the large-scale renovation of a condo in the Back Bay, which she happily now calls home along with her neurotic but adorable rescue pup, Xena.
